In Dance Fit you will strut it out and get an incredible workout without even realising it.

 

Featuring the very best music from throughout the decades, we gradually build up a simple routine to an amazing song.

 

By the end of the session we have a final routine where everyone gets to be their own pop hero for a few blissful moments. 

Dance Fit

Lose yourself in the music -  80s, 90s and noughties pop!  A fun and easy way to get into exercise.

This class is great for improving balance, posture and core strength.

 

Barre Beats is taught by Cherry online via Zoom.

Zumba Dancer

I've been teaching Zumba since it first came to the UK in the early 2000s!

Wherever you go, you will find every instructor puts their own flavour into the class and my own preference is for good tunes, latin adaptations of popular songs and easy to follow routines.

I don't want you to be worrying about 'getting it right', I want you to feel the freedom of moving and all the benefits it brings.

The original dance party workout, famous for hot Latin rhythms and a great cardio workout.  

Zumba

Zumba Gold takes the popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible for seniors, beginners or others needing modifications in their exercise routine.

 

We still keep all the flavour and the fun.

Paracise™ offers an entry point to the millions of people who would benefit physically and mentally from lower intensity exercise.

Ideal for those who find regular fitness classes too demanding, or who haven’t exercised for a long time, or who are coming back from injury.

 

It may be accessible to those with a wide range of health conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, back pain etc.

Paracise

Paracise™ is a low-impact, gentle but effective functional exercise class to fabulous music. 

In a mixture of standing and floor-based work we aim to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength, posture and alignment.

 

This class is suitable for general population and those new to pilates style classes.

Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates takes the traditional principals of Pilates and updates them for the needs of modern fitness.
